Accreditation and Approvals

The Doctor of Medicine (MD) program at Queen’s University College of Medicine has been accredited and/or approved by the following institutions.

BARBADOS ACCREDITATION

  • April 3, 2015 – Minister Ronald Jones JP., Minister of Education, Science, Technology, and Innovation recognized QUCOM and granted it the ability to award the degrees MBBS and MD.
  • Registered provider with the Barbados Accreditation Council

CAAM-HP UPDATES

  • July 2021 – CAAM-HP authorizes a site visit.
  • February 2021 – The MD programme at Queen’s University College of Medicine is being reviewed for Candidacy
